When my father passed away at home, Bio-One Dayton was able to perform a thorough clean-up of the house within a few days. Jonathan and Andrew, who led the clean-up process, were both amazing, kind, patient, and professional. Working with Bio-One Dayton has felt like much more than a simple business transaction, as you can tell this is a company that truly cares about its customers and providing the best experience for them. When our insurance company denied the claim for the clean-up, Jonathan and Bio-One Dayton fought for our case and were able to get the claim accepted. They have lifted a huge weight off our shoulders not only immediately following my father's death, but also through their continued support and communication during the claims/payment process.

What can I say about Ryan and his team, I called on the weekend and had prompt service. The whole team was remarkable about our situation. They were courteous, polite and understanding. Also highly efficient. When it came to cleaning out the townhouse they worked like a well oiled machine. Dan, Oscar and Chase had the entire 3 floors cleaned out in no time. The guys were top notch. Hopefully I never have to do this again but if I do, I would be making my first call to them
