When tragedy, trauma, or an unexpected event turns your world upside down, cleanup is often the last thing on your mind. Yet someone has to handle it...
I just recently had this company clean out of house for me. They were extremely professional and well worth the cost. Great group to work with and I would recommend them over and over again. Jonathan and Andrew were amazing to work with and even when we had a hiccup they took care of everything. The house looks absolutely wonderful. God Bless them for the work they do! If you are considering getting work done, I would recommend having Bio-One Dayton do the dirty work for you.

Bio-One Dayton performed CoVid-19 compliant FDA approved disinfecting services for DATV and they did it the very day I called! Their crew arrived earlier than we expected, were professional and courteous, and got the job done in less than a couple of hours. The cost was equally satisfactory, we are a small nonprofit hit hard economically by the pandemic and Bio-One Dayton provided us a 10% non-profit discount that we really appreciated. We would recommend Bio-One Dayton unreservedly.

These people are some of the most kind, compassionate workers and they really went above and beyond to help me in my situation. I am so thankful that I made the call to them, and I will recommend their business to anybody that needs them!

"I cannot heap enough praise onto Bio-One of Dayton. They are literal life changers. My father was a chronic hoarder, so when he passed away, I was beside myself knowing how to deal with the piles and piles of stuff everywhere. Enter Bio-One! Not only are they professional, flexible, and diligent, they are lightning fast and, quite frankly, performed miracles. Because of work reasons, I only had three weeks with which to clear the house, yet even so Bio-One was able to handle the job. Almost everything in the house has been taken care of, and a significant amount of it went to charity (something that was important to me!). And their staff are inscrutably honest; they will look for anything of value and turn it over to you. I never had a worry with them on the job and could trust them to work even if I wasn't able to be there. Without them, I would probably only be another room or two (at best) finished, still unable to see the light at the other end of the tunnel. But with Bio-One, I could begin to see that light so quickly. They are a pleasure to work with. And I would recommend them unequivocally to anyone."

Called Jonathan at the last minute for a Covid cleaning. Chelsea did an impeccable job and gave us great peace of mind for when the patient returned to their dwelling! Would highly recommend them!

What can I say about Ryan and his team, I called on the weekend and had prompt service. The whole team was remarkable about our situation. They were courteous, polite and understanding. Also highly efficient. When it came to cleaning out the townhouse they worked like a well oiled machine. Dan, Oscar and Chase had the entire 3 floors cleaned out in no time. The guys were top notch. Hopefully I never have to do this again but if I do, I would be making my first call to them

I was so impressed with your crew. They worked so quickly and efficiently. They found and are still finding things on my list. They're even finding things I either forgot or didn't really remember. I'm enjoying going through the pictures and posting them on Facebook for the family to see the pictures. They even found my oldest brother's baby shoes and he would have been 74 this year. That's just a few things they found. I could go on with things they found. My nephew came the first day and we were texting that night. He texted that they were professional and it's hard to find those kinds of employees. The dumpster service I used asked for their business card because he was going to recommend them for jobs. He told me that he's been on sites that the workers are sitting there when he leaves to dump the dumpster and comes back and they're still sitting there. He said when he comes to my house, your team already has things sitting out and ready to fill the dumpsters again.
