Jonathan took up our situation quickly and with graciousness and patience and overall positive energy, and that put our minds at ease. And the team led by Andrew was punctual and professional and turned a bad situation into a very good one by doing an excellent job cleaning up a truly nasty living environment. The Bio One team was headed by Andrew and included Chelsea, Maggie and Will. They all performed their tasks with enthusiasm and efficiency. All four worked without any need for instruction and took a break mid-morning, a short lunch and in mid-afternoon. Their cellphones were left outside so there were no I interruptions. They were all friendly and included us when questions arose. Two days after they completed the job I received a check-in call from Andrew asking if there were any questions.
