Jonathan and his team not only handled the cleaning quickly and effectively, but just as important, they were compassionate. I appreciate how quickly they snapped into action and how kind and pleasant the crew was. The results were amazing and their kindness was above and beyond what I could've hoped for!

Braxton and his team did an amazing job with a hoarding cleanup and helped with feces removal. Very professional and discreet. They went above and beyond and made a difficult situation at least a small bit easier. Thank you!

Whatever your situation that has brought you to this site today I know this is a huge first step- but it is the FIRST step to regaining your life. From the aftermath of a loss to attempts to change your own or loved ones accumulation of things that have now taken over- you are exactly where you need to be. If your looking for that sign- this is it. I was brought to this site after first starting out looking for ways of getting motivated in the depths of depression. This led to sites about the best ways to start cleaning when u dont know where to start, followed by links for downloading lists of tips about cleaning and and before I knew it I was trying to figure out whether I had gotten to the extreme that one would consider me a hoarder.... I became so overwhelmed by the end I was in a more hopless mindset then when I began! I was left staring at a list of companies in the area for hoarders. I came across the statement "People first, business second" and this stood out to me. After I hit the send button in my email, I told myself I couldn't be any worse off were nothing to come from my desperate cry for help. Turns out that was the best decision I ever made. And even better for one in my state of depression, I had accomplished this still sitting on my couch. The response I recieved was sincere, genuine understanding and the help I had been searching for the previously months in just a few days, was there. I not only had hands to help me LITERALLY get things moving, but I also had someone who had their own experiences- who had not just seen it before, but had been there before. No judgement, complete patience, pure support and encoragement- there for ME in whatever task I felt was important. Reguardless your situation, finances, or ammount of support around- nothing can change untill you start somewhere. Stop saying "one day" and make today "day one". Bio-One is more than just people in a company- they are a family of people driven to encourage the changes needed for life to start again. Give yourself the fresh start you need- reach out now. You and your loved ones deserve it.

Bio-One Review Bio-One Dayton is absolutely the best bio-hazard company, that by far exceeds all 5 other such companies we had give an estimate. They are THE ONLY company that knew what to do & how to cleanup the serious bio-hazard from a death occurring on top of cracked cement floor for 2 1/2 weeks, & THE ONLY company, out of 6 bio-hazard companies, who said the cement needed to be removed to assess & treat the floorboards under the cement & area between the upper condo (where it occurred) & the lower condo unit below. Bio-One Dayton needs to be commended because they stand out far above any of the other bio-hazard companies we dealt with. They are exemplary in their commitment to do what is needed & to do a job right and not cover it up, as all the other companies bid it. Also, they did it for half the price that Aftermath charged who just ""sealed"" (covered up) instead of removing the bio-hazard material! Bio-One Dayton was the only bio hazard company, out of 4 other bio hazard companies we got estimates from, after Aftermath said they certified complete removal of the bio hazard, who said the cement needed to come up to assess damage. We got other estimates because of the stench & other odd suspicious issues (stench & flies) occurring in other units, & we didn't believe the bio-hazard was removed after Aftermath finished & certified it clear of bio-hazard materia. So, Bio-One Dayton was the only one of 6 bio hazard companies that even suggested to take up the cement & check the floorboards underneath. Bio-One did a simple hydrogen peroxide test on top of the supposed ""sealed"" cracks in the cement and confirmed that the bio-hazard still remained. Bio-One Dayton was the only company that said the cement needed to be removed to see the extent of the damage under the cement. They ended up removing the cement floor, 3 floorboards, & also the ceiling drywall in the condo below which all had a lot of bio-hazard material on it. This is after Aftermath certified that the unit was clear of bio-hazard material! Bio-One Dayton in ONE DAY removed the cement floor, scrubbed, sanitized & sealed the joists, replaced 3 plywood floorboards and replaced the ceiling drywall in the unit below, sanitized the walls, & floors all in one day for around $15,000 compared to the $36,000 Afternath charged & was paid & took several days to just covered it up saying they ""stand behind their work"" with a certificate saying that it was free of bio hazard material! Also, Bio-One Dayton did what was needed to remove the bio-hazard without having to wait for insurance approval, whereas Aftermath made us wait for weeks to get insurance approval in between the 2nd & 3rd phases of cleaning, during which other units became damaged by their taking so long. How is it a funeral home would refer Aftermath is beyond me since they don't even do the king of work required to remove all bio-hazard material such as in our case. So thankful Bio-One Dayton knew enough of what needed to be done and was willing to do it & could do the hard work needed to do the job right. Aftermath doesn't even remove cement or flooring needed in order to clean & sanitize the secondary affected areas which we contracted them to do & they said they did. No other company thought to test with hydrogen peroxide, no other company said the cement floor needed to come up or the floorboards and space between the floors checked and the ceiling below needed to be looked at. Apparently, the hazard training Bio-One provides is far better than any of the training other companies receive. (Makes me wonder about the training of other bio-hazard companies.) Thank you to Bio-One for your excellent, thorough & complete service. You are the only company I would trust to do Bio-hazard clean up. All other companies would have used hydroxyl generators or ozone machines, except Aftermath who didn't even use those. All other companies would have covered up & neglected to remove & would have left considerable bio-hazard material remaining. This is hard to understand. That is why Bio-One needs to be commended as THE BEST BIO-HAZARD CLEANING COMPANY!

We hired Bio One of Dayton to help with a clean out an apartment where the tenant (a family member) had unfortunately experienced a serious mental breakdown and had not cleaned or taken out the trash at all in several months. There was garbage everywhere, the carpet and kitchen floor were ruined, the kitchen sink base, stove and refrigerator were also ruined. All the furniture was ruined. The Bio One team, led by Andrew, had the entire apartment sparkling clean in under six hours. The tenant was a smoker, and everything was covered in a haze of yellow tobacco smoke residue, so they scrubbed down the ceiling and walls, and sealed the concrete floor against odors. I cannot recommend them enough! It would have taken us days - if not weeks - to even come close the same results. Worth every penny!

Jonathan was very professional and his company did a great job of removing trash and a bad cat odor from our condo. He thoroughly explained the procedure and answered all of my questions.

These people are some of the most kind, compassionate workers and they really went above and beyond to help me in my situation. I am so thankful that I made the call to them, and I will recommend their business to anybody that needs them!

I just recently had this company clean out of house for me. They were extremely professional and well worth the cost. Great group to work with and I would recommend them over and over again. Jonathan and Andrew were amazing to work with and even when we had a hiccup they took care of everything. The house looks absolutely wonderful. God Bless them for the work they do! If you are considering getting work done, I would recommend having Bio-One Dayton do the dirty work for you.
